An original linocut print of a wren perched on a branch. My favourite bird, (Troglodyte, a confusing Latin name as it also relates to prehistoric cave dwellers!) so tiny and yet such a big voice and personality.
This is carved into traditional battleship grey hessian backed lino.
It is A3 approximately and is printed on Hereford paper and using black Cranfield Caligo Safewash Ink.
These prints are editioned so each one will have a different number.
Posted in a compostable cellophane wrapper and a hardbacked envelope.
